The complex federal, state and local regulations regarding the collection, retention and utilization of sensitive employee records can and does change from year to year. Summit’s Human Resources services, and the software to manage employee records, is always current and in full compliance.
At the client’s location, no software or downloads are required. Each client’s database is safely stored in electronic format, and continuously backed up on redundant servers housed in separate secure locations.
All management records and reports, from standard employee files to workman’s comp and pension plans, are continually accessible online and, as necessary, available in Acrobat PDF format for printing directly from the client’s computer.
